to all upper floor units from the outside requires the
use of stairs that lead to elevators -- upper floors have no handicap access.
This unit is ideal for rentals if purchased as an investment. No need to
rent only to the young.)
(C) Immediate exit access to outside during any emergency or earth
tremors.
(D) Unit is below water storage tank level (No need to pump water
upwards; gravity always works
-- Recently, when the power company cut
off electricity to Las Vistas for most of the day to install new power
